We are located on the beautiful Swauk Prairie near Cle Elum, in Central Washington.  At an altitude of roughly 2200', with a short growing season and heavy winds, we have successfully adapted special water conservation and wind reduction techniques.  We are pleased to offer the fruits (and vegetables) of our labor.
